The MW Group is a family-owned group of businesses built around one simple idea, doing things properly.

It all began in 2008 when Dean and Esther Hyde purchased a small traffic management business in Christchurch. Dean was the sole operator back then, but the focus on reliability, safety, and people-first leadership quickly gained traction.

What began as one man and a stop/go paddle has grown into a nationwide operation, built on the same foundations of quality, safety, and looking after our people.

Just as importantly, it’s been shaped by the trust and support of our clients, who push us to deliver our best every day.
